We are looking for a Moulding Engineer based in Chakan, Pune, with 2 to 5 years of experience in the moulding process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective operation and maintenance of moulding machines used in manufacturing.Key responsibilities include:1. **Mould Design and Development**: Collaborate with the design team to create and improve mould designs that enhance production efficiency and product quality.2. **Process Optimization**: Monitor and analyze the moulding process to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to reduce defects and waste.3. **Machine Operation and Maintenance**: Operate and maintain moulding machines, ensuring they function optimally and adhere to safety standards.4. **Quality Control**: Conduct regular inspections of moulded products to ensure they meet the required specifications and quality standards.5. **Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving**: Identify and resolve any production issues related to moulding processes quickly to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.Required skills and expectations include a strong understanding of moulding technologies, excellent analytical abilities for process improvements, and good communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Candidates must possess a high level of attention to detail and be capable of operating machinery safely and effectively. A graduate degree in engineering or a related field is required, and only male candidates will be considered for this full-time office-based position.

1)Minimum qualification 1. Degree / Diploma in Mechanical engineering from reputed college with good track record.2) Experience & key skills 1. 2 to 3 years in Design department of machine manufacturing industry, like cranes, CNC machines, molding machines, packaging machines, SPMs, etc.(Do not short list candidates having experience in piping, pressure vessel, 3D/2D software).2. Should have knowledge of engineering materials & manufacturing processes.3. Knowledge of Hydraulics / Pneumatics will be added advantage.4. Should have Experience in creating BOMs, item codes in ERP (SAP, Baan) system.5. Should be thorough in basic concepts of machine design & engineering calculations.6. Should have worked on selection of brought out components like chains, Pulleys, sprockets, Induction motors, Bearings, Gear boxes, pneumatic components, hardware components.10.
