Duration: 3 Months | Opportunity for Full-Time Conversion

Internship Stipend: per month.

Compensation After Confirmation

Total Monthly Compensation Value: ₹18,000

This amount is split as follows:

Monthly Pay: ₹14,400

Paid every month as regular salary

Deferred Bonus: ₹3,600 per month

Accumulates every month

Paid together after completing 1 year with the company

Not paid if the employee leaves before completing 1 year

Joining Bonus: ₹6,000

One-time payment at confirmation

What You’ll Work On:

Build 3D models and detailed drawings using SolidWorks with an emphasis on manufacturability

Explore FEA, sheet metal design, and weldment tools to bring ideas to life

Collaborate cross-functionally on projects ranging from product prototypes to structural components

Support design reviews and contribute to technical documentation

What We’re Looking For:

Background in Mechanical Engineering (./ – 0 to 2 years of experience)

Strong proficiency in SolidWorks – CAD modeling, assembly design, and drafting

Understanding of design for manufacturing (DFM) and FEA is a plus

Curiosity, self-direction, and attention to detail

A passion for innovation and elegant, practical solutions
