Roles and Responsibilities

€¢ Company in manufacturer of packaging films €“ prominent player in flexible packaging

industry. Candidate will be responsible for marketing and growth in sales.

€¢ Building personal client relationships for long term business.

€¢ Identifying markets/customers and developing suitable strategy to win new customers.

€¢ Development of new business by studying market, approaching potential customers and

converting leads into customers.

€¢ Should be effective team leader to motivate & guide the marketing team.

Desired Candidate Profile:

-Only MALE candidates in the age group of 30 to 45 years.

-Willing to work on fixed salary + performance linked incentive basis.

-Experience of marketing in B2B industry for minimum 5 years.

-Result oriented with a positive outlook.

-Professional approach in working with financial integrity.

-Ability to impress and negotiate with client.

-Resident in Delhi/NCR.

-Willing to travel all over India.
