Job Description: -

ï‚· Strategically planning and execution of Client Acquisition and Business Development

ï‚· Generate meetings / appointments by telephonic communication

ï‚· Prospecting through one-to-one meetings in person with Builders, Interior Architects, Property

Owners and any other Influencers.

ï‚· Need analysis, Objection handling and Need generation

ï‚· Create a connect, build trust and generate loyalty with the prospects

ï‚· Aiming for lead conversion and contribute to the Sales Closure / Revenue Generation

ï‚· New client acquisition and old customer retention: both would be the core responsibility.

Desired Candidate Profile: -

ï‚· Joining within 2 to 7 days is required (We prefer immediate joiners)

ï‚· Education: Graduate (Regular Course in any Stream) is preferred

ï‚· Age: 22 to 35 years

ï‚· Impressive personality and very good sense of dressing

ï‚· Excellent communication (Fluency in language without any mother tongue influence or pause)

ï‚· Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills

ï‚· Extrovert, Positive Attitude and Open-minded

ï‚· This is not a desk job. Our Marketing and BD Personnel is required to go for business meetings

on a daily basis. So, a personal vehicle with valid documents is always preferred.
