Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Manager - Marketing to support business growth and strengthen market presence in the metals and minerals sector. The candidate should have hands-on experience in B2B sales and client relationship management within the industrial domain.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in steel and allied industries

Manage and grow relationships with existing clients and key accounts

Execute marketing and sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

Conduct market research to track industry trends and competitor activities

Support pricing, negotiations, and contract finalization

Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, finance) for timely execution

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis

Participate in client meetings, site visits, and industry events

Key Requirements

MBA in Marketing or equivalent qualification

6-8 years of experience in steel, ferro alloys, dolomite, or related industries

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Proven ability to meet sales targets and business objectives

Good understanding of B2B sales processes

Willingness to travel as per business needs

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of industrial raw materials and supply chain processes

Relationship-building and client management skills

Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability
