As the Sales Department Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing sales strategies, and managing the sales team to achieve exceptional results. Your role will be pivotal in expanding our customer base, fostering strong client relationships, and ensuring the overall success of our sales efforts in the competitive IT market.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and digital advertising

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and customer preferences

- Assist in creating content for social media platforms, blog posts, and other marketing materials

- Support the planning and coordination of events, trade shows, and promotional activities

- Help maintain and update the company's website and social media profiles with relevant content

- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new ideas and strategies for reaching target audiences

- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

- Assist in managing and organizing marketing materials, databases, and other assets

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools

- Basic understanding of marketing principles and concepts
