Head Marketing & Sales (Hospital Growth) | Location: Meerut (Santosh Hospital, 100+beds).
Own end-to-end growth to increase occupancy (targeting ~6080 in winter and ~8090 in summer), improve payer mix beyond CGHS/ECHS/PM-JAY dependence, and scale key service lines (24×7 Emergency, ICU, Cath Lab/Angiography, Dialysis, Womens Health, Surgery).
Key responsibilities
Build and execute an integrated growth plan across referral doctors/diagnostics, corporate/TPA, digital demand capture, rural outreach/camps, and ambulance-led access.
Hire, lead, and drive weekly execution of the Growth Cell (Doctor RMs, Rural RM(s), Corporate/TPA, Digital+CRM, Patient counsellors/call desk) with strict reporting cadence.
Strengthen hospital conversion systems: lead-to-OPD/admission funnels, 5 minute callback discipline, call tracking/CRM, counsellor scripts, and review/reputation workflows.
Build fast-lane referral pathways for Emergency/cardiac, CKD/dialysis, high-risk pregnancy stabilization, and pre-op clearance bundles (with operations teams).
Ensure marketing is compliant and informational (no inducements/superlatives), aligned with medical advertising/ethical norms.
KPIs (monthly/weekly)
Occupancy improvement; OPD booked vs visited; admissions and procedure volumes (ICU admissions, cath cases, dialysis starts/sessions, deliveries, major surgeries).
Channel productivity: doctor touches/week, corporate meetings/week, camps executed/month, leads generated, conversion % by channel, and payer-mix % movement.
Efficiency: cost per OPD visit, cost per admission, ROI by campaign, response time/SLA for lead callbacks, and review volume + response compliance.
Experience (marketing + sales)
3 years of hospital/healthcare marketing and sales, with 1 years in a leadership role (Marketing/Growth/Business Development head) in a multi-specialty hospital or healthcare chain.
Proven record of driving volumes via doctor referral networks, corporate tie-ups, TPA/insurance onboarding, and lead-to-admission conversion through counsellors/call desk/CRM discipline.
Experience in Tier-2 markets and rural outreach (camps/referral ecosystem) with measurable OPD/admission outcomes; comfort managing budgets and reporting dashboards.
Reporting & compensation (indicative)
Reports to: Managing Director; works closely with Manager, ER/ICU, cath lab, dialysis, and front office.
Indicative salary band for this role: Depending on fit and performance (Salary + Incentive).
