1. Candidates who understand the real estate sector or market as well.
2. Who knows about Marketing and sales.
3. Generating sales from various traditional & non-traditional BTL activities
4. Participating in negotiations & bringing deals to a closure
5. Staying up-to-date with product & market knowledge
6. Consistently identify and qualify leads in designated markets through B2B and B2C sales calls.
7. Actively follow through on potential customers based on their specific requirements. Possess in-depth product knowledge (and micro information at the project level) and communicate the same effectively to prospects.
8. Regular analysis of sales trends & coming up with sales techniques that target the right market with the right tools.
