6. To ensure all mandatory fields are entered properly and the account opening documents are not smudged or illegible.

7. To verify the authenticity of the documents & identity of the customers.

8. Officer is required to ensure that all documentation / account opening formalities are completed in his/her presence.

9. Maintain & send list of new accounts opened to reporting manager.
