About the Role:We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Marketing Executive to promote our range of lift and elevator products and services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, and building long-term customer relationships within the construction and real estate sector.Key Responsibilities:€¢ Identify and approach potential clients such as builders, contractors, architects, and facility managers.€¢ Promote the company€™s elevator products, maintenance services, and modernization solutions.€¢ Conduct client visits, product presentations, and follow-ups for enquiries.€¢ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/lead generation targets.€¢ Maintain and update client databases and marketing reports.€¢ Coordinate with technical and operations teams for quotations and site visits.€¢ Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events.€¢ Ensure customer satisfaction through timely support and communication.Required Skills & Qualifications:€¢ Bachelor€™s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.€¢ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.€¢ Strong negotiation and presentation skills.€¢ Self-motivated and target-driven.€¢ Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).€¢ Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):€¢ Experience in the construction, building materials, or elevator/lift industry.€¢ Understanding of B2B marketing and technical product sales.Salary: ‚¹15,000 €“ ‚¹25,000 per month (based on experience & performance)Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives and travel allowanceLocation: Coimbatore and Madurai
