Hiring For Marketing Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Marketing Executive to promote our range of lift and elevator products and services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, and building long-term customer relationships within the construction and real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

€¢ Identify and approach potential clients such as builders, contractors, architects, and facility managers.

€¢ Promote the company€™s elevator products, maintenance services, and modernization solutions.

€¢ Conduct client visits, product presentations, and follow-ups for enquiries.

€¢ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/lead generation targets.

€¢ Maintain and update client databases and marketing reports.

€¢ Coordinate with technical and operations teams for quotations and site visits.

€¢ Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events.

€¢ Ensure customer satisfaction through timely support and communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

€¢ Bachelor€™s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

€¢ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

€¢ Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

€¢ Self-motivated and target-driven.

€¢ Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

€¢ Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):

€¢ Experience in the construction, building materials, or elevator/lift industry.

€¢ Understanding of B2B marketing and technical product sales.

Salary: ‚¹15,000 €“ ‚¹25,000 per month (based on experience & performance)
