Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Marketing Executive to promote our diagnostic services. The candidate will be responsible for increasing footfall, establishing tie-ups with clinics/hospitals, executing local marketing campaigns, and building brand visibility in the local market.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement local marketing strategies to increase diagnostic center visibility.

Build and maintain relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and corporate clients.

Promote healthcare packages and seasonal offers through field marketing.

Coordinate with the operations team for client servicing and feedback management.

Plan and participate in health camps, awareness drives, and promotional events.

Track competitor activities and suggest improvements in service promotion.

Ensure branding materials (flyers, standees, etc.) are well placed and updated.

Submit daily/weekly reports to the marketing head on progress and targets.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

13 years of marketing experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or pharma preferred.

Strong local network in the medical fraternity is a plus.

Valid two-wheeler license (own vehicle preferred).

Skills Required:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.

Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

Knowledge of local geography and market dynamics.

Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools, email).

Remuneration:

As per industry standards and incentive based on performance.
