Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Marketing Executive to promote our diagnostic services. The candidate will be responsible for increasing footfall, establishing tie-ups with clinics/hospitals, executing local marketing campaigns, and building brand visibility in the local market.

Key Responsibilities:

€¢ Develop and implement local marketing strategies to increase diagnostic center visibility.

€¢ Build and maintain relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and corporate clients.

€¢ Promote healthcare packages and seasonal offers through field marketing.

€¢ Coordinate with the operations team for client servicing and feedback management.

€¢ Plan and participate in health camps, awareness drives, and promotional events.

€¢ Track competitor activities and suggest improvements in service promotion.

€¢ Ensure branding materials (flyers, standees, etc.) are well placed and updated.

€¢ Submit daily/weekly reports to the marketing head on progress and targets.

Qualifications:

€¢ Bachelor€™s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

€¢ 1€“3 years of marketing experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or pharma preferred.

€¢ Strong local network in the medical fraternity is a plus.

€¢ Valid two-wheeler license (own vehicle preferred).

Skills Required:

€¢ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

€¢ Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.

€¢ Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

€¢ Knowledge of local geography and market dynamics.

€¢ Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools, email).

Remuneration:

As per industry standards and incentive based on performance.
