We are looking for energetic Marketing Executive who can take Tightknot directly into communities and drive app adoption.
Role Overview
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for field marketing, app installations, business onboarding, college outreach, events and community activation.
This is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, travelling, creating relationships and working in a fast-moving startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. App Installation & User Acquisition
Visit shops, colleges, residential communities and public locations.
Explain Tightknot to potential users.
Drive app installations and registrations.
Conduct installation campaigns and promotional activities.
Encourage users to become active users.
2. Business Onboarding
Visit local shops and businesses.
Explain Tightknotâs advertising and promotional opportunities.
Help businesses create offers and promotions.
Generate qualified business leads for the sales team.
Maintain relationships with onboarded businesses.
3. College Marketing
Visit colleges and student communities.
Identify and onboard campus ambassadors.
Promote Tightknot among students.
Coordinate college campaigns, competitions and events.
4. Community Marketing
Work with apartment associations, resident groups, local associations and community organizations.
Conduct local activation campaigns.
Promote Tightknot through events and community activities.
5. Influencer Outreach
Identify local influencers and content creators.
Contact and onboard influencers.
Coordinate promotional campaigns.
Track leads and installations generated through campaigns.
6. Campaign Execution
Execute marketing campaigns planned by the Marketing Manager.
Distribute promotional material and QR codes.
Conduct on-ground activations.
Collect customer/user feedback.
Report campaign results daily.
Daily Activities May Include
Visit 5-10 businesses per day.
Approach potential Tightknot users.
Generate app installations.
Meet college representatives and students.
Meet associations and community leaders.
Onboard businesses.
Promote active offers and campaigns.
Submit daily activity and performance reports.
Requirements
0-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, field marketing, business development or customer acquisition.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable speaking with business owners, students and members of the public.
Willingness to travel locally.
Basic knowledge of smartphones and social media.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Ability to work independently.
