we are looking for a results-driven sales executive to join our freight forwarding team. the ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, promoting multimodal logistics solutions (air, sea, road), and building long-term relationships with clients to grow our freight forwarding operations.
key responsibilities:
identify and develop new business opportunities in import/export freight forwarding
promote ocean, air, and land freight solutions to prospective clients
prepare and present competitive quotes and proposals
build and manage a portfolio of key accounts
negotiate freight rates and service contracts
coordinate with operations to ensure seamless shipment execution
maintain sales pipeline and activity records in crm system
requirements:
2+ years of sales experience in freight forwarding or logistics
good knowledge of international shipping, incoterms, and trade regulations
strong negotiation and communication skills
self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
proficient in ms office and crm software
preferred:
experience with both import and export procedures
familiarity with customs clearance and warehousing solutions
multilingual skills are a plus
