We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to join our freight forwarding team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, promoting multimodal logistics solutions (air, sea, road), and building long-term relationships with clients to grow our freight forwarding operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in import/export freight forwarding
Promote ocean, air, and land freight solutions to prospective clients
Prepare and present competitive quotes and proposals
Build and manage a portfolio of key accounts
Negotiate freight rates and service contracts
Coordinate with operations to ensure seamless shipment execution
Maintain sales pipeline and activity records in CRM system
Requirements:
2+ years of sales experience in freight forwarding or logistics
Good knowledge of international shipping, Incoterms, and trade regulations
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
Preferred:
Experience with both import and export procedures
Familiarity with customs clearance and warehousing solutions
Multilingual skills are a plus
