• Handle escalation and set process flow for team to follow and track with visible reports
• Excel and PPT skills required to present to management CRM dash board and key business indicator
• Build customer relationships with Existing Members
• Manage customer communication both - Oral & Written
• Resolve customer issues within TAT
• Improve customer care by giving better service to the members
• Graduate / Post graduate from renowned university.
• Collaborate with internal teams (., sales, Managers, senior managers) to address customers’ needs
• Communicating with customers to ensure a positive experience with the company's services.
• Expand customer base by guiding team members towards upselling and thereby impacting revenue generation
