- Ensuring the Hotel sales department is always prepared for business.
- marketed the hotel through Social Media, Sales Calls, PR and Advertising. Maintaining regular
contact with frequent guests.
- Organising client entertainment events at hotels. Carrying out sales visits.
- Actively promoting and selling the hotel's bedrooms and facilities.
- Promoting the conference facilities that the hotel has to offer.
- Auctioning all sales leads.
- Putting together sales reports and forwarding those on to senior managers.
- Keeping departmental costs in line with agreed annual budgets.
- Working within the local markets to promote our hotels to corporate clients.
- Maintains open line of communication by supervising team members, delegating responsibilities,
liaising with other related departments, and reporting to senior management
- Conduct regular quality checks on individual department to ensure standards & consistency are
always maintained to the highest level
- Overviews the Weekly Duty Rosters, Annual Vacation Plan, and special staffing requirements
- Butler's Grooming standards, punctuality/ attendance procedures and Quality standards
