We are looking for a motivated Management Trainee to join our team in Bangalore. As a fresh graduate, you will gain valuable experience in various departments while developing your leadership and management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify potential travel agency partners within assigned territories.
Conduct market mapping and develop a pipeline of prospective clients.
Initiate outreach through field visits, calls, emails, and networking activities.
Schedule introductory meetings and product presentations with agency owners and decision-makers.
Agency Activation & Onboarding
Support the onboarding and activation of new travel agency partners.
Educate agencies on TBO's platform, products, and booking processes.
Assist new partners in completing registration, documentation, and platform setup requirements.
Ensure a seamless onboarding experience and encourage early platform adoption.
Sales Pipeline Development
Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects and opportunities.
Consistently achieve monthly activation and engagement targets.
Support conversion of leads into active transacting partners.
Track and update lead status and sales activities through CRM systems.
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
Freshers eligible.
Internship, project work, or exposure to sales/customer-facing roles will be an added advantage.
