Urgent Requirement For Machine Shop Incharge

We are seeking experienced Machine Shop In-Charges to lead and optimize machining operations. The role requires strong technical expertise in CNC/VMC operations, production planning, and shop-floor management to achieve consistent productivity, quality, and cost targets.

🛠️ Key Roles & Responsibilities

œ… Overall responsibility for machining operations and shop-floor performance

œ… Expertise in CNC / VMC machine shop operations

œ… Execute and monitor production planning and scheduling

œ… Drive OEE-based performance improvement and efficiency enhancement

œ… Hands-on knowledge of machine programming, tooling, and operating systems

œ… Manage shift planning, manpower allocation, and supervision

œ… Conduct cost analysis and improve operational effectiveness

œ… Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Production teams

œ… Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and process standards

🎯 Required Skills & Competencies

🔹 Strong technical knowledge of CNC/VMC machining processes

🔹 Experience in production planning, OEE monitoring, and shop-floor control

🔹 Solid understanding of machine programming and tooling systems

🔹 Proven leadership and team management skills

🔹 Analytical mindset for cost control and continuous improvement
