the logistic manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end supply chain, ensuring the efficient and cost-effective distribution of packaged drinking water across india. this role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and operational execution to manage both owned fleet and third-party logistics (3pl) while optimizing erp-driven logistics operations. the ideal candidate will drive on-time deliveries, cost efficiencies, and seamless nationwide distribution.

• bachelors/masters degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.

• 10+ years of logistics experience in fmcg, beverage, or packaged drinking water industries.

• expertise in erp-driven logistics, fleet management, and 3pl coordination.

• strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• ability to optimize nationwide supply chains with cost-effective solutions.

preferred certifications:

• certified supply chain professional (cscp) or certified in logistics, transportation, and distribution (cltd)

• lean six sigma or other process improvement certifications
