Logistics Manager - Full Time

We are looking for a Logistics Manager to oversee and improve our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in logistics and will work full-time from our office in Kharkhoda.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Oversee Supply Chain Operations:** Manage the entire supply chain process, ensuring timely delivery of products and services.

- **Coordinate with Suppliers:** Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and timely materials delivery.

- **Manage Inventory Levels:** Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize excess stock and avoid shortages.

- **Develop Logistics Strategies:** Implement effective logistics strategies and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

- **Lead a Team:** Supervise and motivate the logistics team to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.

- **Analyze Transport Costs:** Assess shipping and transport costs regularly to find areas for budget savings.

- **Ensure Compliance:** Ensure all logistics operations comply with relevant regulations, quality standards, and safety measures.
