Hiring For Loan Advisor (Female Candidates Preferred)

We are looking for a dedicated Loan Advisor to join our team in Kirti Nagar, Delhi. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience in the finance sector and should have completed at least the 10th grade. This full-time position is office-based and is open exclusively to female applicants.

As a Loan Advisor, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their financial needs and advise them on suitable loan options. You will help them understand the terms and conditions.

2. Loan Processing: Assist clients in completing loan applications and ensure all necessary documentation is collected and submitted accurately. Your attention to detail is crucial for smooth processing.

3. Follow-up Calls: Maintain contact with clients to provide updates on their loan applications and address any questions or concerns they may have during the process.

4. Sales Support: Promote loan products and services effectively, showcasing the benefits to turn leads into successful applications.

To thrive in this role, you must have strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach. Previous experience in sales or customer service will be beneficial. You should be organized, able to manage multiple tasks, and work well under pressure.
