Requirements:
1. Minimum Qualification: Any undergraduate
2. Experience: 1-2 Year experience in handling Live sessions.
3. Good Verbal & written communication skills.
4. Rotational shifts/Weekoffs.
Roles & responsibilities:
1. Handling Learning Management System (LMS).
a. Executing planned activities (Schedule mails, Reminders, Monitoring Live sessions and other assigned time to time activities.)
b. Creating Course/Batch/uploading materials.
c. Providing access.
2. Responding customer/Inside sales managers queries in a timely manner.
3. Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives in a timely manner.
4. Liaison between trainers, admin team & others
5. Follow-up on the assigned tasks and working on TAT’s.
6. Handling last minute requirements in a positive manner.
7. Good in coordination, team player & other activities assigned in a timely manner.
