job description :

visiting various government departments for scrutiny, follow-ups and tracking of all the project proposals.

-monitoring and providing updates on file movements in various approval departments.

-maintain relationships and build networks with government officials of town planning / collector office/mmrda / tmc for the smooth process of the documents.

-apt in the procurement of revenue records for properties across maharashtra

-analyzing development plans and remarks for the referred site from zone, reservation, setback, amenity & , etc

-keep a check on all new rules amended by the local government (municipal authority) and check the impact on the current and future projects.

-assisted with suggestion/objection of various policies drafted by the government before publication.

-analyzing various noc such as civil aviation, metro, and survey remarks for various technical and building planning aspects.

-analyzing, understanding & implementing of policies of real estate, sanctioned by the urban development department (udcr)

-coordination with architect for the drawing on a daily basis.

-strong knowledge of procurement of tilr, court orders/certified copies, etc

-fluency in marathi is a must

-understanding of revenue & civil matters will be an added advantage.

-immediate joiner will prefer.
