Job Description Advocate

Experience 4 - 5 yrs.

Court Cases: - Prepare calendars of cases to be called, using computers, Check the case status via computer of all District, Sessions, JMFC and High Court.

To coordinate between Solicitors, Advocates, Legal consultants. Apply for certify copies to various court.

Should be able to attend Court dates, facilitate proper replies, Coordinate with Legal Consultants.

Giving brief to the senior advocate as and when require regarding the cases.

To be able to search and ascertain property title at Talati/ Tahasildar/ stamp duty/ District Court/ High Court/ To check 7/ 12, Mutation Entry/ PR Card/ DP Remarks etc.

To be able to search for documents regarding acquisition of land at government offices.

To be able to make title flow of property/ lands etc.

Reviewing documentation related to the title of the property.

Vetting & Execution of documents such as Agreement for Sale, Leave & License Agreement, Lease Agreement, Development Agreements, Deed of Conveyance, Tenancy Agreement, Deed of Gift, Will and Codicil, Documents related to Mortgage , Power Of Attorney, Affidavit and other documents pertaining to land acquisition.

Should know the two wheeler driving with Govt. issued driving License.

Required Male candidates only.

Salary 15,000/- to 20,000/-
