Modify or draft various contracts on behalf of the employer, and strive to obtain the maximum benefit for the engaging party within the scope of the law. 3. Conduct a comprehensive review of the authenticity, legality and validity of the contracts signed by the company, and provide legal opinions. 4. Entrusted by the employing party, to act as a lawyer's witness for the employing party (this content is charged separately), and to make legal opinions, lawyer's letters and other non-litigation legal affairs.
