responsibilities:

• manage the 360° execution process of different training programmes and courses by working

with key stakeholders and subject matter experts.

• curate and implement various digital promotional strategies for training programmes along with

supervising and assessing progress made in your respective projects.

• ability to create content for e-learning, marketing collaterals and training materials for all

marketing, advertising and promotional activities related to the assigned programme.

• coordinate with various team members within ndim to execute back-end activities and to

ensure a smooth delivery of your training programmes.

eligibility requirement:

• preferred 2 years of corporate experience (freshers are welcome to apply)

• ba english honours from a reputed university

• mba or pgdm graduate from a reputed institute preferably with specialisation in hr
