Job Title: Learning & Development Manager

Location: NDIM, Tughlakabad Institutional Area (Near Saket), New Delhi

Reporting: Dean Training, NDIM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday | Hours per day | Offline

Responsibilities:

• Manage the 360° execution process of different training programmes and courses by working

with key stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts.

• Curate and implement various digital promotional strategies for training programmes along with

supervising and assessing progress made in your respective projects.

• Ability to create content for e-learning, marketing collaterals and training materials for all

marketing, advertising and promotional activities related to the assigned programme.

• Coordinate with various team members within NDIM to execute back-end activities and to

ensure a smooth delivery of your training programmes.

Eligibility Requirement:

• Preferred 2 years of corporate experience (Freshers are welcome to apply)

• BA English Honours from a reputed University

• MBA or PGDM Graduate from a reputed institute preferably with specialisation in HR
