Position Description:

This position has the responsibility to promote a culture of operational excellence in Warehouse Operations using Lean Principles. The person will drive performance and development of the Volvo Production System.

Roles and Responsibilities

Drive the Lean culture across the organization.

Coaching and training employees in practice of Lean

Implementation of best practices & continuous improvements on Shop floor by driving change

Critical Competencies

Experience in driving Lean, Operational excellence preferably in an automobile industry.

Hands on experience in Quality assurance

Analytical and statistical skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical / Automobile / Production with at least 3 - 5 years of relevant experience.

Lean & Six Sigma (Black Belt certified)

Must be proficient in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, Power BI
