We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team at Chordz Technologies Pvt Ltd. This role is pivotal in identifying and cultivating potential clients for our Web Development and Android Application services.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through research, networking, and outreach efforts.

Understand customer needs and requirements for web and mobile application development.

Engage with prospects via phone, email, and social media to introduce our services.

Qualify leads and set up meetings between potential clients and our sales team.

Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and manage lead tracking.

Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies.

Achieve and exceed monthly targets for qualified leads.

Requirements:

Proven experience in lead generation or sales, preferably in the IT sector.

Strong understanding of web development and Android application markets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Comfortable with a commission-based compensation structure.

Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation software.
