Job Overview
We are looking for proactive and communication-driven Inside Sales Representatives (ISR) to support our sales team through lead generation and client engagement. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, a persuasive approach, and basic exposure to inside sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and online platforms
Maintain and update the lead database regularly
Initiate contact with potential clients and understand their requirements
Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team
Follow up with prospects to nurture and convert leads
Achieve daily/weekly targets for calls, leads, and conversions
Collaborate with the sales team to improve conversion rates
Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic understanding of sales and lead generation processes
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
Good negotiation and convincing skills
Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage
Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred
Experience
Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
Prior experience in inside sales/telecalling/lead generation is a plus
