about the role

we are looking for a proactive and results-driven lead generation executive with experience in cold calling and voice-based lead generation. the ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to engage prospects effectively, and a passion for achieving targets.

key responsibilities

conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers to generate leads and schedule appointments.

identify, qualify, and verify prospects through calling and follow-up communication.

maintain a high level of call quality, professionalism, and customer engagement.

understand customer needs and present relevant product/service information.

update and manage lead data in crm systems accurately.

achieve daily/weekly/monthly lead generation and calling targets.

follow up on previous leads to ensure consistent pipeline building.

collaborate with the sales team to hand over qualified leads.

maintain call logs, reports, and performance metrics.

required skills & qualifications

13 years of experience in cold calling, telesales, or lead generation (voice process).

excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.

strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

basic computer knowledge and familiarity with crm tools.

ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
