Monitor the implementation of corrective and preventive maintenance schedules and

completion for landscape irrigation systems.

 Design, construction, installation, and operation management of irrigation drainage

network systems

 Supervise and monitor the irrigation activities and take corrective action.

 Monitor the project's progress as per the submitted program by the contractor to take

appropriate action to catch the delay.

 Evaluate the variation orders and monthly progress claims.

 Supervise and ensure timely resolution of corrective maintenance requests/complaints.

 Prepare the update and prepare/generate reports on maintenance work in coordination

with MEP. section

 Maintain the stock of repair parts to ensure appropriate maintenance of the irrigation

system.

 Supervise and participate in the installation of any lines and ensure that the outsourced

technicians/maintenance staff are adequately utilizing the irrigation systems.

 Coordinate all activities related to and supervision of the third-party contractor's

irrigation staff.

 Ensure that third-party contractor's irrigation staff follow appropriate Safety and security

guidelines at all times.

 Monitor acquisition and use of materials Maintain confidentiality of information at all

times.

 Perform other duties and responsibilities as necessary or as assigned by the head

section.

 Provide workers with assistance in performing duties as necessary to meet deadlines.

 Recommend changes in working conditions or equipment use to increase crew efficiency.

 Order the performance of corrective work when problems occur and recommend

procedural changes to avoid such problems.
