job responsibility

kitchen operations management: oversee the day-to-day operations of the cloud kitchen, including packaging, and order fulfilment. ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of orders.

staff supervision: manage kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, kitchen assistants, and delivery drivers. assign tasks, provide training, and monitor performance to maintain high standards of quality and productivity

order management: coordinate and prioritize incoming orders from various online food delivery platforms. ensure accuracy in order processing, packaging, and dispatch to minimize errors and delays.

quality assurance: maintain high standards of food quality, freshness, and safety. adhere to hygiene and sanitation protocols to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.

customer service: ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a prompt and courteous manner. monitor customer reviews and ratings to identify areas for improvement.

team development: provide training, coaching, and guidance to kitchen staff to enhance their skills, knowledge, and performance. foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

compliance and safety: ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.

qualification:

previous experience in a supervisorye within a kitchen or food service environment.
