Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily kitchen and pantry operations within the office.
Oversee kitchen staff scheduling, performance, and task allocation.
Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety are consistently maintained.
Coordinate meal planning, preparation, and service as per office requirements.
Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement of food items, beverages, and kitchen supplies.
Maintain vendor relationships and track deliveries.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Handle kitchen budget, wastage control, and cost optimization.
Address employee feedback related to kitchen services.
Requirements
Prior experience in kitchen supervision, hospitality, or facilities management preferred.
Strong organizational and people management skills.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Ability to handle multi-tasking in a fast-paced office environment.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
