Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
Keep inventory of cleaning supplies.
Support chefs in maintaining orderly workspaces.
Prevent cross-contamination through proper cleaning practices.
3 Housekeeping Staff KRA
Primary Focus: Maintain overall cleanliness and presentation of the outlet.
Clean dining areas, washrooms, and common spaces.
Dusting, mopping, sweeping, and sanitizing surfaces.
Ensure tables and chairs are clean and properly arranged.
Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and toiletries.
