JOB ROLE :
? Manages a set of 5-6 Account managers
? Operates as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to employees of corporate mapped
? Develops trust relationships with a portfolio of Key corporate assigned to him to ensure they do not turn to competition
? Acquire new Corporate relationships and open Salary Accounts of their employees
? Expected to expand the relationship with existing customers with engagement activities /cross sell solutions
? Ensuring salary credits in all salary accounts sourced.
? Meeting daily, monthly sales targets for salary accounts and cross sell products
? Adhere to KYC guidelines and Bank process’ as laid down from time to time
? Ensuring strict adherence to service and quality benchmarks as prescribed by the Bank
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
? Strong Business Acumen and Aggression for Corporate Sales with focus on Service.
? Self-starter and energetic individual
? Sales focus in achieving defined targets
? Good communication and problem-solving skills
? Candidate should be confident & team player
? Adhere to KYC ,service quality and audit norms laid down as per Bank policy
? Graduate with5-7 years of relevant experience(in Corporate/Institutional Sales preferred)
