job role :
? manages a set of 5-6 account managers
? operates as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to employees of corporate mapped
? develops trust relationships with a portfolio of key corporate assigned to him to ensure they do not turn to competition
? acquire new corporate relationships and open salary accounts of their employees
? expected to expand the relationship with existing customers with engagement activities /cross sell solutions
? ensuring salary credits in all salary accounts sourced.
? meeting daily, monthly sales targets for salary accounts and cross sell products
? adhere to kyc guidelines and bank process’ as laid down from time to time
? ensuring strict adherence to service and quality benchmarks as prescribed by the bank
job requirements :
? strong business acumen and aggression for corporate sales with focus on service.
? self-starter and energetic individual
? sales focus in achieving defined targets
? good communication and problem-solving skills
? candidate should be confident & team player
? adhere to kyc ,service quality and audit norms laid down as per bank policy
? graduate with5-7 years of relevant experience(in corporate/institutional sales preferred)
