Eligibility & Qualifications

Graduate in Architecture / Interior Design

Minimum 1 year of professional experience

Strong command over 2D & 3D design software, including:

AutoCAD

SketchUp

Revit

Photoshop

3D Rendering Software (Lumion / V-Ray or similar)

Key Skills & Responsibilities

Preparation of concept designs, working drawings, and detailed 2D drawings

Creation of 3D models and high-quality renders

Strong understanding of design detailing, space planning, and aesthetics

Good knowledge of site execution, construction methods, and coordination

Practical understanding of materials, finishes, hardware, and specifications

Ability to coordinate with site teams, vendors, and consultants

Ensuring drawings align with on-site execution and design intent

Handling multiple projects with attention to detail and timelines
