We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accountant cum Store Keeper to manage accounting tasks as well as store inventory operations. The ideal candidate will support daily financial record keeping and ensure that materials and products are properly stocked, organized, and accounted for.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting Duties:
Maintain daily records of transactions (sales, purchases, expenses, receipts).
Assist in preparing invoices, bills, and payment vouchers.
Handle petty cash and bank reconciliations.
Support with GST, TDS, and other tax compliance.
Assist senior accountant with monthly closings and reports.
Coordinate with vendors and follow up on payments.
Storekeeping Duties:
Receive and inspect incoming materials and verify with purchase orders.
Maintain accurate stock records using manual or digital inventory systems.
Issue materials and products as per requisitions.
Conduct regular stock audits and physical inventory checks.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area.
Report stock shortages or discrepancies promptly.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: or Diploma in Accounting / Store Management.
13 years of relevant experience in accounts and store operations.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles, GST, and TDS.
Familiarity with inventory management software (., Tally, Busy, or ERP).
Good organizational and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
Working Conditions:
Full-time, on-site.
