### Job Description

Reliance Jewels is hiring experienced Jewellery Sales Associates for its stores across Uttar Pradesh. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in jewellery retail sales, customer handling, and achieving sales targets.

### Key Responsibilities

* Assist customers in selecting gold, diamond, silver, and precious stone jewellery.

* Provide excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships.

* Achieve individual and store sales targets.

* Explain product features, pricing, offers, and schemes to customers.

* Handle billing support, product display, and inventory coordination.

* Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards.

* Address customer queries and ensure a smooth shopping experience.

### Eligibility Criteria

* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Jewellery Sales is mandatory.

* Strong communication and customer service skills.

* Knowledge of gold, diamond, and silver jewellery products.

* Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a retail environment.

* Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
