Key Responsibilities
Installation & Repair: Install, maintain, and upgrade electrical panels, wiring, lighting, and conduit systems.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose malfunctions in electrical systems, transformers, circuit breakers, and motors using testing devices (., ohmmeters, voltmeters).
Compliance & Safety: Ensure all work meets local, state, and national electrical codes (., NEC) to prevent hazards.
Technical Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan wiring layouts.
Maintenance: Perform preventative maintenance on machinery, generators, and electronic components.

Requirements & Skills
Education: High school diploma or GED, plus completion of an electrician apprenticeship program and/or a technical degree.
Licensure: Valid state electrician license (Journeyman or Master license).
Skills: Strong knowledge of electrical theory, excellent troubleshooting skills, and proficiency with hand/power tools.
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy equipment (50+ lbs), work at heights, and work in cramped spaces.
