Role & Responsibilities:-

1-Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy.

2-Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, job portals, etc.

3-Conducting interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools to filter candidates within schedule.

4-Develop and monitor overall Hr strategies, system tactics, and procedures across the Organization.

5-Familiarity with HR databases applicant tracking system and candidate management systems.

6-Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data absences bonus leaves etc.

7-Staffing recruitment, training, Grievances, Performance evaluations, etc.

8-Compile and update employee records.

9-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

10-Dept knowledge in computer skills Ms office, Ms. Excel, etc.
