**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Junior IT System Manager** to handle day-to-day IT operations and ensure smooth functioning of the company’s IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have basic hands-on experience in managing systems, troubleshooting issues, and supporting overall IT operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage and support daily IT operations across the organization

* Handle installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and networks

* Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in a timely manner

* Manage office IT infrastructure including desktops, laptops, printers, and networking devices

* Ensure proper functioning of internet connectivity, routers, and servers

* Provide technical support to employees for IT-related queries and issues

* Assist in system upgrades, software installations, and updates

* Maintain IT inventory and ensure proper documentation of systems and assets

* Ensure data backup and basic security protocols are followed

* Coordinate with external vendors for IT support when required

**Requirements:**

* Graduate in IT, Computer Science, or a related field

* 1-2 years of relevant experience in IT support or system management

* Basic knowledge of networking, hardware, and operating systems

* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

* Good communication and coordination abilities

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
