Job Description: IT Support Engineer (Urgent Hiring)

Location: Pathankot Bypass, Near Reru Pind Gate, Jalandhar

Salary:-15,000 - -16,000 per month

Qualification: Diploma in IT / BSc IT / Network Engineering

Experience: Minimum 6 months of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-level technical support for hardware and networking issues

Diagnose and troubleshoot desktop, printer, and basic server problems

Set up and maintain LAN/Wi-Fi networks and internet connectivity

Assist with configuration and maintenance of IT infrastructure

Monitor system performance and resolve minor faults

Support users with basic Google Sheets tasks and general IT queries

Maintain documentation of technical issues and solutions

Ensure timely escalation of unresolved issues to senior IT staff or vendors

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with computer networking (LAN/Wi-Fi)

Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software problems

Basic working knowledge of Google Sheets

Familiarity with IT support tools and best practices

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment
