• must have experience in web development & mobile apps project, digital marketing projects acquisition & closing.
• sound technical knowledge of advanced web/mobile/digital marketing technologies trending today.
• must be analytical enough to understand project requirements and prepare the detailed proposal, pre-sales discussions, and negotiations, closing the sales and handing over the client to the delivery team.
• build and maintain excellent relationships with clients and prepare convincing write-ups/ messages.
• identify, create and pursue new business opportunities and clients.
• should have the experience in handling the lead generation team, motivate them, and support them for qualified leads.
• self-motivated to meet sales target regularly.
• excellent verbal and written english skills for effective communication with overseas clients.
• responsible for generating business from hunting and forming.
• identify opportunities, purpose solutions to customers in consultation with the technical /operational teams.
• handling escalation and problems.
• experience in handling customer escalations and closing them in timely manners without escalating it further.
• proper and timely reporting of day to day task & activity update. case leads, opportunities and issues of reporting manager.
• work with senior team members to identify and manage the risk.
