Roles and Responsibilities
-To acquire new clients and maintain relationship with existing clients over call
-To build knowledge-based relationship with clients and understand nitty-gritties of clients business, like demand pattern, seasonality, key industries served, products bought by client, industry growth etc.
-To build healthy sales funnel by reaching out to all the clients from allocated set of data and -educating them about the products and services
-Appointment setting and regular follow-ups to close the sales funnels
-To acquire all the targeted accounts within the region and generate business opportunities for the companys products and services
-To develop category expertise by understanding the technical aspects of products or services of their clients
-To help the clients in developing and maintaining online presence across JD Mart platforms like web and mobile applications
