Job Description

Provide frontline technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in person.

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly and efficiently.

Assist users with setting up and configuring computer systems, software applications, and peripherals.

Document all support interactions and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system.

Collaborate with IT team members to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.

Maintain and update knowledge base articles and user guides for common technical problems.

Monitor IT systems and networks for potential issues, proactively identifying and addressing problems.

Conduct regular equipment and software audits to ensure compliance with company policies and licenses.

Assist in the deployment and rollout of new hardware, software, and updates as needed.

Provide basic training to end-users on IT systems, applications, and security best practices.

Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and industry developments to enhance
