• having experienced at least 2-3 successful projects preference will be given for zoho erp / any other erp

• identify problematic areas in software as well as it issues and implement strategic solutions in time.

• responsible for protecting company data, implementing cyber security protocol & fully responsible for restoring data if any incident occurs in time.

• it vendor coordination (it asset, software & software license)

• expertise in data center management and data governance

• sound knowledge in itgc (information technology general control)

• upgrading, installing & configure new hardware and software to meet company objectives.

• knowledge of upgrading utility/application software like g-mail, outlook, office etc

• very sound knowledge in google-sheet/excel
