Responsibilities:

Stock Planning & Control

Forecast inventory requirements based on sales, production, and demand trends.

Prevent overstocking and stock shortages.

Set reorder levels, safety stock, and lead times.

Coordination & Operations

Coordinate with procurement, production, warehouse, and sales teams.

Ensure timely availability of materials for production or dispatch.

Monitor inward and outward movement of goods.

Systems & Documentation

Update inventory data in ERP systems

Maintain inventory reports, stock ledgers, and transaction records.

Ensure proper documentation for receipts, issues, transfers, and returns.
