We are looking for an enthusiastic Tele customer Representative to contribute in generating leads for our company. The candidate will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

An effective tele sales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.

Responsibilities:

Make Cold Outbound Calls, to US customers and explain the product or services

Provide detailed information about products and services

Document and update customer records based on interactions

Develop and maintain a knowledge base of current and forthcoming products and services

Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
