Job description
We are hiring International Voice Process Executives for a leading global BPO in Jaipur. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer calls for international clients, providing prompt and accurate resolutions while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle international customer calls (inbound/outbound) and provide accurate information and resolutions.
- Understand customer queries, identify issues, and offer appropriate solutions with a customer-first approach.
- Maintain call quality standards, AHT, and other performance metrics as defined by the process.
- Accurately document call outcomes and update internal systems in real time.
- Collaborate with team leaders and quality teams to continuously improve customer experience.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 6 months of experience in an international voice process (customer service / technical support / sales).
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) with neutral/understandable accent.
- Strong listening skills, empathy, and ability to handle irate or difficult customers professionally.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to work with CRM tools and MS Office.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and fast-paced BPO environment.
Work Schedule & Shift Details
- days working per week (rotational weekly offs).
- Rotational shifts, including night shifts (minimum 180 nights in a year).
- For female employees working in late-night/odd-hour shifts, one-way cab facility is provided from office to home.
Desired Profile
- Graduate / Undergraduate with relevant international BPO experience.
- Comfortable with rotational shifts, night shifts, and working on weekends as per process requirements.
- Immediate joiners or short notice period preferred.
