we are hiring international voice process executives for a leading global bpo in jaipur. the role involves handling inbound and outbound customer calls for international clients, providing prompt and accurate resolutions while maintaining high service standards.
key responsibilities
- handle international customer calls (inbound/outbound) and provide accurate information and resolutions.
- understand customer queries, identify issues, and offer appropriate solutions with a customer-first approach.
- maintain call quality standards, aht, and other performance metrics as defined by the process.
- accurately document call outcomes and update internal systems in real time.
- collaborate with team leaders and quality teams to continuously improve customer experience.
required skills & experience
- minimum 6 months of experience in an international voice process (customer service / technical support / sales).
- excellent english communication skills (spoken and written) with neutral/understandable accent.
- strong listening skills, empathy, and ability to handle irate or difficult customers professionally.
- basic computer proficiency and ability to work with crm tools and ms office.
- willingness to work in rotational shifts and fast-paced bpo environment.
work schedule & shift details
- days working per week (rotational weekly offs).
- rotational shifts, including night shifts (minimum 180 nights in a year).
- for female employees working in late-night/odd-hour shifts, one-way cab facility is provided from office to home.

- graduate / undergraduate with relevant international bpo experience.
- comfortable with rotational shifts, night shifts, and working on weekends as per process requirements.
- immediate joiners or short notice period preferred.
