We are hiring an experienced Export / International Sales Manager to develop and manage overseas markets for architectural hardware products. The role involves international business development, export sales execution, distributor management, and global client relationship handling.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and expand international export markets for architectural hardware products
Identify, appoint, and manage overseas distributors, dealers, and OEM clients
Handle export sales planning, pricing, negotiations, and order finalization
Coordinate with production, logistics, and documentation teams for smooth export execution
Manage export documentation, Incoterms, shipping terms, and international payment processes
Participate in international exhibitions, trade fairs, and overseas client meetings
Conduct market research on global trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies
Prepare export MIS, forecasts, and market performance reports
Key Requirements
6 10 years of experience in Export / International Sales
Experience in architectural hardware / building materials / engineering products preferred
Mechanical Engineering + MBA qualification mandatory
Minimum 3 international country visits for business development
Valid passport mandatory
Strong knowledge of export procedures, logistics, documentation, and Incoterms
Excellent communication, negotiation, and international client management skills
Willingness to travel internationally as per business requirements
