Designation :- Tele Sales Representative

Roles and Responsibilities :-

- Connect and engage with incoming leads via outbound calls and emails.

- Reach out to new customers and explain to them the benefits of Solar system.

- Develop in-depth knowledge of products to make suitable recommendations based on customer needs

- Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets.

- Contacting Potential Customers and Informing About the Product Answer Queries, Influence Customers to Purchase.

3. Strong convincing skills

4. Client handling skills

5. Ability to handle stress and rejection in soliciting clients

6. Prior experience in sales/voice process.
