designation :- tele sales representative

roles and responsibilities :-

- connect and engage with incoming leads via outbound calls and emails.

- reach out to new customers and explain to them the benefits of solar system.

- develop in-depth knowledge of products to make suitable recommendations based on customer needs

- continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets.

- contacting potential customers and informing about the product answer queries, influence customers to purchase.
